When the occasion calls for grand cuisine: multi-course menus of Italian lightness and Grisons character, accompanied by wines from a list of more than 200 labels — curated with a focus on organic winemakers from Grisons and Italy.

The little stage lives up to its name: for your event we bring blues, funk, jazz or pop into the house — exclusively for your party. Concert seating or dance floor, flying dinner or a menu served at the table: you tell us how your evening should sound.

Alpine festivities, staged with style: in winter, the Stube «La Cuort» invites you to fondue and raclette prepared live at the table, and on New Year's Eve the whole Scena becomes a festive stage. In summer, celebrate on the sun terrace — with room for up to 65 guests under the open sky.
